Meet our global clients and their remarkable beauty brands

Working with Jené at Activist Beauty has been an incredibly positive experience. She is an expert across categories, highly detail-oriented, and brought clarity and structure to our regulatory and compliance processes.

Jene helped us establish our SOPs and regulatory strategy. She guided us through the creation and ongoing maintenance of our PIFs, identified areas where our existing documentation and practices needed revisiting, and, importantly, taught our team how to manage these processes effectively going forward.

Her breadth of regulatory knowledge is exceptional. She has helped us navigate everything from MoCRA and Health Canada to the increasingly stringent and sometimes esoteric requirements that come with expanding into new categories, retailers, and markets. She has a remarkable ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, actionable steps while keeping business goals in mind.

I would highly recommend Jené and Activist Beauty to any beauty, personal care, fragrance, or consumer products company looking for a knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely helpful regulatory partner.

Working with Jené Roestorf at Activist Beauty has been an incredible asset to our Product Development team and to our brand as a whole. Jené brings a unique combination of regulatory expertise, scientific knowledge, business operations, and sustainability, allowing her to approach product development holistically.

She provides clear, practical guidance that helps us align formulation, testing, documentation, packaging, and claims from the start. As regulatory expectations continue to evolve under MoCRA, Jené’s ability to connect finished-product safety, substantiation, and claims is particularly valuable. She is thoughtful, responsive, and highly solutions-oriented, while always balancing regulatory rigor with innovation and commercial objectives.

Jené is a trusted strategic partner, and I highly recommend her to any beauty brand looking for knowledgeable, collaborative, and forward-thinking regulatory support.

“I am so grateful to have been introduced to Jené.

She is extremely knowledgeable and has assisted us with every aspect of registering our skincare products for Europe. It has gone very smoothly and Jené is thorough and very detailed with everything we needed to show.

Jené is also very knowledgeable with distribution channels around the world and we look forward to exploring this avenue more with her this year.

On top of all this Jené is a lovely person; so fun to speak with, very kind and also professional. We are so happy to have met you Jené and look forward to our continued relationship!”

“Activist Beauty has been an incredible partner for our company. Jené's guidance through the complex EU regulatory compliance process has been invaluable and truly exemplary. We have worked with many other large compliance firms, which are much more difficult to collaborate with.

Thanks to her trustworthy support, genuine care, and expertise, we have been able to navigate these challenges with much greater ease. We are extremely grateful for Activist Beauty!”

“Jené is so much more than a service provider—she’s a true partner. Her experience and personality are a big part of why our relationship has lasted.

We originally entered the EU market with the wrong partner, and Activist Beauty was the solution. What can easily feel overwhelming with changing rules and complexities, she makes clear and manageable. We’ve come to really trust her guidance, and that trust is everything.”

“Working with Jené at Activist Beauty has honestly been such a gift. Expanding RAESO into new markets felt like a huge and daunting task, but Jené has made everything feel clear, calm, and achievable.

She's not just incredibly knowledgeable on all the complex compliance details, but also genuinely supportive and collaborative. I always felt like they had our back and truly cared about our brand. It’s rare to find partners who bring both expertise and heart, and Activist Beauty has been exactly that for us.”

“Jené at Activist Beauty was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with our registration in the EU & UK.

As a small, independent skincare brand we required a much more rigorous process of registering and Jené led every step of the way with confidence. She was prompt with her responses to all of our questions and did everything in a very organised and professional manner.

We appreciate her guidance and expertise so much!”

“Jené came through for me when I needed my products reviewed for Health Canada compliance in a very short period of time. She also provided detailed and easy to follow guidance on which parts of the label required translation in Canadian French and introduced me to a translator.

She helped with a very crucial first step in taking my brand global. I am now working on my EU and UK compliance and registration with her. Thank you.”

“Activist Beauty was a dream to work with! Their expertise, unwavering support, and profound knowledge of EU/UK markets were invaluable assets. From the very first consultation, Jené and Activist Beauty demonstrated an unparalleled level of professionalism and dedication.

We wholeheartedly recommend Activist Beauty to any brand seeking to expand into Europe.”

“We worked with Activist Beauty for our UK + EU Regulatory Compliance and can’t recommend them highly enough. Jené is brilliant and a true pro, making the complex process of certification and establishing an RP transparent and simple.

Working with Activist Beauty has been empowering, time-saving, and life-giving for our business!”

“It’s been a pleasure working with Activist Beauty. Jené is so kind and held my hand through all that was needed for our EU registration, certification and responsible party requirements. I highly recommend with my full heart to retain the services of Activist Beauty.”
