Jené Roestorf leads Activist Beauty with a wealth of experience and a mission-driven focus to support beauty brands in achieving considered, sustainable and international growth. With broad expertise in various senior positions as a fractional Executive, Jené's visionary leadership has guided over 60 global beauty brands, including Activist Manuka, Corpus, Flamingo Estate, Innersense, Josh Rosebrook, Oway, Raaie, and Sansceuticals to success. Her adeptness at transforming ideas into tangible results distinguishes her as a standout figure in the beauty industry.
Prior to founding Activist Beauty, Jené built and grew a thriving, independent beauty enterprise from scratch, expanding its reach across multiple regions and positively impacting over 10,000 lives through strategic partnerships with B1G1 and local communities.
Her decade-long career in global medical and clinical operations for major pharmaceutical companies, coupled with her academic qualifications in sustainability, business innovation, biotechnology, and bioethics, has honed her structured, detail-oriented approach.

Regulatory Affairs Manager
Ira Levison brings deep global regulatory and product development expertise, helping beauty brands achieve considered, compliant and scalable growth. With a strong record delivering over 40 safe, on-time product launches across the US, EU and APAC, Ira has helped fast-growing start-ups secure major retail placements and accelerate international expansion. Her ability to turn complex regulatory requirements into strategic, commercially minded pathways makes her a trusted partner for brands navigating global compliance.
Before joining Activist Beauty, Ira led in-house product development and brand marketing programs spanning skin, hair and body care, for globally expanding US brands. In managing multi-market product expansion, her product development expertise naturally progressed into regulatory project management, including PIF creation and comprehensive global regulatory surveillance. She coordinated cross-functional teams across R&D, Regulatory, Operations, Marketing, testing labs and manufacturers to guide products from early concept through clinical testing and into full market readiness.
Ira’s specialised knowledge of cosmetic claims, safety and labelling regulations, combined with her experience shaping brand positioning and multi-year product roadmaps, underpins her structured, detail-driven approach. She continues to expand her expertise across emerging regulations and sustainability-led frameworks to ensure every brand she supports is equipped for responsible, long-term growth.
